Subscription & Billing
UnitLync is offered on a $8 per property per month subscription basis. Your first property is free forever. You may add or remove properties and cancel your subscription at any time. Billing is recurring until you cancel. Refunds are handled in accordance with our billing policy at the time of the charge.
Fair Use
Use of the service must be consistent with its intended purpose as a property management and communication tool. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform (e.g. spam, illegal activity, or excessive automated use that impacts other users or our infrastructure).
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and the actions you take in UnitLync. This includes but is not limited to:
- Accuracy of logged payments and rent records.
- Accuracy and appropriateness of maintenance requests and records.
- Compliance with applicable laws (e.g. landlord-tenant, data protection) in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
UnitLync is a software platform for organization and communication only. It is not a licensed real estate agent, broker, or legal advisor. We do not provide legal, tax, or real estate advice. You should consult qualified professionals for such matters. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnitLync and its providers are not liable for decisions you make or outcomes that result from your use of the service.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes between landlords and tenants (e.g. regarding rent, repairs, or lease terms) are between you and your tenant. UnitLync is not a party to those disputes and does not resolve them. Such matters must be handled outside the platform in accordance with your lease and applicable law.
